Quality at J & S Grinding Company, Inc.

Our Quality System is currently registered by NQA Global Assurance to ISO 9001:2008. We have been registered under the ISO standard since 2007 and we had been previously registered under the QS-9000 automotive standard since 1998.

We continually investigate improvements that will broaden our capabilities and provide our customers with additional options, while maintaining the high quality standards we have met throughout our history. 

Parts are carefully examined throughout the production process and all shipments are thoroughly tested and inspected before they are released to the customer’s facility. As a result, we have been able to consistently maintain a low external part reject rate that has enabled many of our customers to eliminate the costly and time consuming process of inbound part inspection. When required, CPK and other statistical process control data is made available to the customer.
